Job Title: Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support client engagement, and strengthen the firm’s marketing infrastructure. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience with a focus on Social Media(LinkedIn) and Event Coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supports execution of social media initiatives, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content across firm and advisor LinkedIn accounts.
  • Assists with planning and execution of client and prospect events, including private dinners, webinars, and firm-sponsored events.
  • Helps prepare invitations, event materials, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up communications.
  • Supports website updates, including posting blog content, updating bios, and maintaining marketing pages as needed.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, grammar, and detail.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic website or social media platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Process-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to support a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Interest in marketing, branding, digital content, and professional services environments.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
