Mission of the Position

The Performance Reporting Analyst will ensure the smooth execution of key financial operations by managing data accuracy, overseeing reporting cycles, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external custodians. The role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient workflows, driving process improvements, and supporting overall business operations to meet client and organizational needs.

Top Accountabilities
  • Accountability 1: Manage Salesforce cases, including quality checks and follow-ups on non-responsive cases.
    • Deliverable: Timely resolution and accurate documentation of all cases.
  • Accountability 2: Oversee the entire reporting cycle, from batch creation to report generation, approvals, and postings.
    • Deliverable: Accurate and timely delivery of reports with minimal errors.
  • Accountability 3: Reconcile alternative investments and custodial accounts, ensuring the accuracy of investment performance data.
    • Deliverable: Reconciliation completed within set timeframes and meets audit standards.
  • Accountability 4: Serve as the liaison between internal teams (Mirador and CA) and external custodians to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
    • Deliverable: High level of accuracy and proactive communication with teams regarding missing data.
  • Accountability 5: Create and maintain process documentation for operational workflows, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Deliverable: Updated process documents that reflect current operational procedures.

Other Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews and valuation checks on accounts.
  • Reconcile alternative and custodial asset performance and backdate investments as needed.
  • Manage statements inbox and handle alternative activity notices.
  • Track and report on operations and CORE metrics.
  • Assist with outside custodian feeds and ensure smooth data communication between teams.

Key Criteria/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing financial accounts, reconciliation, and reporting cycles.
  • Strong proficiency in Orion, Salesforce, and financial platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and office productivity machinery.
